Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin.
most of the times they will cgo away on their own without any treatment. do not apply any lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy
if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream.
meet your doctor for local examination

Then currently you can just apply coconut oil but it could be due to some heat in the body or allergy better to check with your doctor for further checkup accordingly they will be able to give you assistance on that and anything that you need to apply in the head particularly or some oral medication if needed
