Q.
my baby having little pimples on his face ..he had khasra last month...after that pimples come and go...but it's not permanently gone...can u pls tell me why this is happening...

Better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor .

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Maintain hydration
