my baby having fever Cold n cough from yesterday am using dolo 250 drops coriminic drop n mucolite drop

A. See these problems can take 3 to 5 days to subside completely so continue with the medicine just for fever the medicine should be given for three days if it doesn’t subside within maximum time of three days in that case you should consult your doctor once
