Please include ragi, banana, sprouts, curd, sweet potato, palak, dals in his meals. Try innovative and nutritious recipes like - ragi chocolate pancake, sprouts uttapam, fruit lassi, sweet potato tikki, palak khichdi, paneer and Soya pulao. Also, give him small and frequent meals, keep him hydrated and monitor his sleep schedule.
