Ru Sure it is dandruff because at this age kids have cradle And to then had a lot of parents get confused with your thinking at it is dandruff it’s white in colour it stuck to the scalp but it is cradle Not dandruff whenever you oil in the hair and washing the hair just brush it gently with a soft brush which is specifically for kids it will automatically come on don’t worry about it it is very very normal
