my baby having cold from last 2 days,also he is doing 4 5 poop per days which is loose and seedy , greenish or yellowish in colour.is this normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 week agoA. It could b because of cold also sometimes due to stomach infection also so please checks with your doc and also u should give medication as recommended by the doc and also if any particular precautions u need to take
