my baby having cold and cough my doctor said to stop bottle feeding could be a reason for cold cough it's it true

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home regmedies couugh expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
