my baby having a fever sometimes 99.8 and 100.2 with no cough or cold.I amnot sure is it due to hot weather ,m giving sponge bath nd giving medicine p 120,zedocdf 50 as advised by doctor but still fever coming. my baby alao refusing solid food .please advice.
