my baby having 8 tooth and his upper teeth have cavity he is just 1 year 3 months old. what would be the reason for his cavity and shuld I meet any dentist for him...

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult a paediatric dentist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Follow your doctor’s instructions diligently. Good luck and take care.
