My baby have vomiting and watery stool from yesterday. He is 9 months old.. Is this teething symptoms or anything serious

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is nine months of age if baby is having both vomiting and loose motions you had to give zinconia 5ml two'time the baby along with oRS and coconut water
