Q.
hi, My 4 month old baby girl not passed stool for last 2 days.. but then she passed watery stool 2 times today. she don't have any other symptoms like fever and all....she is breastfeeding only.....what could be this watery stool? is this should be concerned?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no worries.. it's normal. babies do pass 8- 10 times stool or once in 5-6 days are normal variation for this age .So don't worry if she is passing urine frequently, taking feed properly.

parul guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. no need to worry at all..my baby boy used to not pass stool for 4-5 days and did potty only on putting suppository for around 1 month when he was 3 months old.... sometimes he used to pass 4-5 times a day and sometimes once in 3-4 days...but this was resolved after he got 6 months old....so no need to worry at all....
