my baby have some pimples on diaper rash area and it is itching and it explode and become wound... please twll me what can I do and which is the reason of that? can I use diaper rash cream on that?

A. good evening I would not recommend you to apply rash cream of the diaper on this it is advisable that you should try using calamine lotion at quite affective it can be applied a couple of Times everyday
