My baby have some diaper rashes before but now it is ok but some small pimple popping out on neck n in between legs m attaching photo for the same plzz let me knw

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it might happen because of heat or sweating. please clean this area with Luke warm water. you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it. keep your child in well vantileted room. dress a child with loose fitting Cotton clothes.
