A. urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will fpass urine again and again in only one hour. the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is fmore no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint.
