My baby have severe rashes on elbows and shoulders , what can I do to cure them

A. This Is extremely dry skin that your child is having so in this case I can only recommend you that you should go ahead with using NFFE vitamin E cream regularly at least four times in the day to begin with and gradually within a weeks time you will see the difference don’t apply any oil or soap for the time being otherwise it is going to become worse
