my baby have constipation and tear in anal lining.. what should I do.. why it is happening.. he is now 7 months old

A. Hello my dear parent! Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand what is the problem. Get your child personally examine by the paediatrician and seek medical guidance in this matter. Give your child well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day along with daily breastfeeding.
