Regular oil and shampoo is going to be good after that you can brush the hair with a hairbrush which is specifically for infants only that you can easily get from the market so that is going to be helpful and later once you get the scalp of your child shaved off the hair growth is going to be better and a cradle cap is going to go away automatically
