shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom Baby babies don’t pass a stool for many days and sometimes for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is because babies are totally on mother‘s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out. So you should not worry about it at all
