my baby has yellow sclaps on head and dry skin all over body and also redness on skin

A. hi please visit your pediatrician for once apply thin layer of coconut oil on scalp. wash your child's hair with your doctor's prescribed shampoo. avoid using soap while bathing your child. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene.
