my baby has watery eyes along with mucus discharge.. may I know the reason.. he is 25 days old

A. Sometimes they will be block of the nasolacrimal duct, and that might be the reason for the mucus and even gentle massage in that area will help in reducing the block if it is still not reducing then better consult your doctor
