Q.
My baby has very hard stool. She finds very difficult to pass her stool. have consulted 2-3 paed and giving medicine also. But her stool is still same. I'm literally very worried, don't know what to do know??? giving her water also.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist9 months agoA. dear mum , if baby has hard stool then give soaked n nasged prunes n black currant (munnakka) include fibre from dal , beans carrot , green vegetable papaya add powdered nuts to food
