my baby has vaccine on wednesday and for today it has been 5 days and today redness occurs on vaccine area and it feels hard to touch why

A. don't worry because the lump and swelling may go around one or two months after the vaccination but does not require and treatment but if the child is having pain you can give paracetamol and apply eyes
