My baby has turned 11 months and his teeth are coming. He has stopped eating everything and not even drinking milk. He poop around 2-3 times which is tight and less. What should I do?

generally kids suffer from loss of appetite during teething phase and they tend to reject food intake..
try to give whatever food your baby is liking to avoid any nutritional deficiencies..for loose motions try to maintain proper cleanliness around your child.
