my baby has to much dandruff in hair.she has so much etching in hair. sometimes she is aching liquid like water is coming. she has taken 1 month homeopathic medicine but no results. she is 3 years old.what can I do?

Ayurvedic medication will give you the result for sure.
Gandhak malam and other herbs preparation are there which can be used
But please consult ayurvedic physician (vaidya) for it
Don't do it yourself
Take sunbath daily with her ears covered
