M Not able to see any picture if you posted along with your questions so I will not be able to guide you with the correct medicine but since you are mentioning it is some kind of an allergy than Cetaphil lotion can be a good option to be used but since I am not aware about the kind of allergy it is so I can only advise you to get a check with your paediatrician ones
