Q.
my baby has teeth (lower)at his birth time...now he is 10 month old...that teeth remaining there...is there any problem ?

no need to worry about this matter because it is natural process
I suggest you please once consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper dignosise and treatment
