ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3 years.. usually for eruption of 1 milk teeth 15-20 days time is required.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

It It’s very difficult to say because it is going to take its own time it would be one month also it would be one week to 10 days also and not all teeth come together at a point of time they will take their time in coming so you keep giving homoeopathic medicine calcareous PHOS3 tablets thrice a day to your child regularly
