My baby has some small small red spots all over his face. What to do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it could be some allergy rashes so for now you can give ritch lotion for application over the 50 and consult a doctor one for a proper examination to rule out the exact cause for this

Apply atogla Cream on to the area which ever is affected it is a good cream to go for other than that if you have a Cetaphil lotion available with you at home you can apply that also I believe these rashes or pimples are just due to heat in the body so either of them is good for it
