My baby has runny nose,is coughing,sneezing, and there’s a sound while breathing, he is keeping his mouth open What should I do

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having a cold and runny nose so and breathing by mouth so don’t use fast fans or AC and use saline nasal drops two times a day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be givenc in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the synmptoms .
