my baby has redness on his thighs..what is this ??

A. mam it can be some allergic reaction or due to summers heat. please apply lacto Calamine lotion over the affected areas. please massage the baby with coconut oil. bathe the baby with Babyhug soap. also apply sunscreen lotion to the baby. use only cotton clothes for the baby.
