my baby has rashes on neck and thigh folded areas. please help 🙏 what to do?

A. hi you can apply Baby soothing Calamine lotion like Cetaphil lotion on it keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes. keep your child in well vantileted room prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
