my baby has rashes on face. kind of acne. is it common

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi..small minute, dot like rashes or pimples are common in newborns. these rashes go off on its own with a week or more. keep baby dry and clean. do not introduce any new soap, oil, or lotion on babies skin
