Q.

my baby has not wake up since afternoon... feeds only little... half awake sleeps too much today.. has not pee since afternoon.. need help

A. try to wake the baby up and feed every 2 hourly if the urine output is less than 8 time a a day kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication
