my baby has milk and milk products allergy. she is not able to digest dry fruits. she is 3 years old and her weight is 8.8kg . what should I given to her to increase her weight

A. You should start with a proper treatment with A homeopathic doctor or allergies export for your child that will help introduction of this allergy over the period and once your child feels better you can introduce all the dairy products to the child along with that also I would advise you that you consult a nutritionist because your child is technically quite underrated help you with a proper diet plan for the child
