Q.

Hi, My daughter is 3 months 13 days old.. As she has milk allergy I have completely stopped having milk and milk products from one week..But today I checked her weight, there was no increment from past 4 days..Can someone help me how to increase my daughters weight and is her weight not increasing coz I stopped having milk and milk products? I am really worried about her..

A. baby till six months should be exclusively breast feed.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. baby should gain around 500-700g per month after birth, and should double the birth weight at around 4-6months.. you can give Zincovit drops or A to Z drops consulting your pediatric..
