my baby has many red pimples on private place what should i do

A. hi..these red pimples or rashes could be due to diaper or keeping baby wet for long time. keep applying coconut oil to the diaper area for quick healing. it is important to keep the diaper area clean and dry to prevent nappy rash. After every nappy change was with warm water and dry with a soft cloth, leave the genitals open for sometime, apply coconut oil to prevent rashes. Change nappy as soon as it gets soiled to prevent rashes.
