My baby has lots of rashes on his face. initially it was just around his cheeks now it's all over his face and his skin is very dry. i only apply coconut oil as none of the creams keep his skin moisturised. the climate where i stay is very hot more than 40 degrees, so are these heat rashes or don't allergy?
