my baby has loose motions 5 times per day what can i do pls suggest me sir

If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, motions are not watery then no need to worry .This can be due to teething ..
If the motions are watery then u can give econorm sachet two times a day to get relief from loose motions
