my baby has less hemoglobin. his colour is pale. what should I give him to eat?

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.. reduce the amount of milk and give normal diet in form of purees... give everything except cow milk and honey. give sunbath every morning for half an hour

A. I have given him iron supplements as my doctor recommended it for one month but there is no gain yet. and i give him RO water to drink as everyone says its purified... do i need to change it?

A. Hi parent You may give her iron supplements after due consultation from your pediatrician fig , cashew , spinach , almond , Walnut , jaggery, baajra, curd should be included In her diet Please don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
