Q.
my baby has high fever with cough and running nose from last two days.. as prescribed by doctor I m giving him azithromycin and paracetamol syrup 3 times a day.. but from today morning he is not eating anything... only want breastfeeding and water.. m so tensed kindly advice

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation wouldxd be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
