my baby has got this redness in her hand and she keeps scratching all the and gets irritated what should I apply

A. hi apply baby soothing Calamine lotion or coconut oil or try cool pack on this keep your child in well vantileted room dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep this part clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
