My baby has got some rashes type of this thing..I don’t know I saw it yesterday night …just waiting for today to observe..I don’t know if it’s heat rashes as it is quite big .

These are not rashes these are kind of pimples that appearing on the skin it could be due to heat in the body and sometimes it could be due to some infection I can only recommend you to apply a mix of Kapoor and coconut oil and please check with your doctor for further assistance
