my baby has got some marks due to mosquito bites on her hand and toes. these are not fading. what should I apply? also due to nappy rash or due to use of diapers her bum area has darken. how can I lighten it and remove nappy rash marks

A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper it is important to prevent mosquito bite by using other mosquito nets and the second option would be mosquito repellent vaporizer. there are also available cloth roll on. you can apply mosquito repellent cream on the skin if it is not causing any allergy. make the child wear full clotdhes to decrease the chances of bite and if a bite occurs you can apply coconut oil to decrease the sensation. also can use atarax anti itch lotion/ ritch lotion to decrease itching.
