my baby has fever, cold and cough can I give her coconut water as she is having constipation

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. will recommend you to avoid coconut water if the baby has cold and cough.. baby is constipated keep baby well hydrated.. plenty of water, you can give vegetables soups .. add fibre as papaya apple pear. monitor the fever consult doctor if fever is repeatedly coming..
