my baby has fever, cold and cough can I give her coconut water as she is having constipation

baby is constipated keep baby well hydrated.. plenty of water, you can give vegetables soups ..
add fibre as papaya apple pear.
monitor the fever consult doctor if fever is repeatedly coming..
