priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 6 m old boy6 years agoA. there is no any cream or lotion which can change the colour complexion of baby and even colour complexion does not matter baby should be active and healthy just keep applying coconut oil use good baby brands products and you can use raw milk for bath once or twice a week also improve your babies diet give liquid diet to your baby more
