Q.
My baby has developed dandruff after her tonsure. She is always rubbing her head. Due to this she is getting skin allergy if she touches hands or legs. We are using Spoo shampoo right now. please suggest.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. generally dandruff will reduce once you shave the head at present give the scalp of the baby dry I no need of using any shampoo against dandruff at present wait for sometime

best to apply coconut oil there
it help to keep the scalps well hydrated and prevent dryness.
I would suggest to use gentle baby friendly shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for head bath of your child
