my baby has cough and cold. she is difficult to breathe plz suggests what should I do... she is now 4 months

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a cold and nasal blockage so she can not sleep overnight so give her 9 drops of maxtra three times a day and saline nasal drops two times a day
