Q.
My baby has completed 8 months, he always tries to eat food from our plate. Can I give him the spicy food that we eat in small quantity?

Yeah! Let him taste a bit. This is good sign that baby wants to eat food which you eat. Sit together and eat together. Let baby eat good from your plate like rice roti bites etc. In this way. baby learn to eat on own .
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
