Q.
my baby has completed 4months but when I call him he is not responding to sounds while making eye contact he is smiling...is that normal or how should I improve his hearing

Ur Child is too small right now your child is not even aware about the fact that there is a specific name for the child to try to call your child with one name only don’t use different names and by the age of 6 to 7 months only a child learns to understand that you are calling your child with a particular name
