my baby 2months old. she giving eye contact , startled sounds while sleeping but not giving social smile and not responding my voice

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 months agoA. Hello, your baby girl is just 2 months old and she doesn’t have a social smile so don’t worry it’s a normal for her age and social smile appears after 3/4 months of age
